Vinyl’s have also undertaken changes. The traditional cushion floor that had a tendency to stretch when the heat was turned up resulting in bubbling has now been superseded with felt back vinyl. This again does not require a 100% perfect floor as the cushion floor did and is also stronger. Most manufactures are introducing a felt back vinyl in their product mix as this is the future. We at OUROWN have been fitting this new development in vinyl in new homes for years and now others are starting to catch up.

Many new home developers have national deals in place for the supply of flooring and we are happy to work with these contracts. However, we are also happy to use our expertise in flooring to help New Home Builders solve problems and give advice on all aspects of flooring.
